MAX DONINELLI P.
Mr. Doninelli is a founding Partner and current President of the firm. He advises clients in a wide range of industries and is part of several board of directors of diverse companies.
He has vast experience in negotiation, structuring, and documentation of mergers, acquisitions, and alliances of all levels, from a corporate, commercial and tax law perspective. Other fields in which he participates actively are the negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts of all natures, and corporate notary services. Mr. Doninelli is a certified Notary Public.
He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, Costa Rican Institute of Notary Law (INCODEN), Costa Rican Union of Lawyers, International Trademark Association (INTA), and of the InterAmerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI). Mr. Doninelli is also a former law school professor of different local Universities.
Mr. Doninelli graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Costa Rica, with Summa cum Laude Probatus (Lawyer and Notary) and furthered his carrier with Graduate Studies in labor law in Puerto Rico, the United States of America, and Mexico (1968). Mr. Doninelli thereafter studied business administration at INCAE - Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas (Central American Institute of Business Administration, 1974).
