PAULO A. DONINELLI F.
Leader of our Firm’s Tax practice. Prior to joining Doninelli & Doninelli, he was part of the International Tax Service group of Ernst&Young, New York office.
Mr. Doninelli covers all matters related with domestic and international taxation, tax planning design and implementation, inbound and outbound transactions, administrative procedures and principally the area of mergers and acquisitions. Paulo Doninelli also practices national and international commercial law and corporate law. He is a certified Notary Public and member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
Mr. Doninelli graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, with the distinction of Summa cum Laude Probatus (Lawyer and Notary Public). He thereafter received his LL.M. degree in International Taxation from New York University (New York, 2000). Paulo is also a negociator certified by the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce. He is fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
