Ariana Sibaja L.

Ariana Sibaja is a litigation attorney with vast experience in the areas of administrative law, procurement and public contracts, taxation and civil law. She also focuses her practice on corporate law, unfair competition and consumer law, especially on electronic commerce and new technologies. She is a Notary Public.

She graduated from the University of Costa Rica with a major in Technology, Electronic Commerce and Telecommunications. She carried out postgraduate studies at the Escuela Libre de Derecho University (Notary Public and Registry Law). In addition, she obtained her master’s degree in Private Property Law at the University of Salamanca and Public University of Navarra, Spain.
