His experience includes all type of civil law cases and cases of crimes against honor. He also offers advice in matters of project financing, media relations and information rights. Pablo Guier is a certified Notary Public.

He is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, International Trademark Association (INTA) and the InterAmerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).

Mr. Guier received his law degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, with the distinction of Summa cum Laude Probatus (Lawyer and Notary Public). He has carried out several graduate studies at the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE, P.G.P.P., 1996), at the University for International Cooperation (UCI, Corporate Law, 1998), and once again at INCAE (INCAE – GEORGETOWN, Legal Issues on International Business, 2003). Pablo Guier is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
