He has ample knowledge in labor litigation, in trade law, and in alternate resolution of conflicts. He has a Licentiate in Law degree of the University of Costa Rica. He is member of Costa Rica’s Bar Association since the year 2001. He has postgraduate studies towards a Master’s Degree in Economic Law with emphasis in Foreign Trade of the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (At–A-Distance State University) (Costa Rica)
He has training studies in Negotiation, Adaptive Leadership, and Persuasion, as per the models of Harvard University, and in Strategic Communication, which made him merit the Diploma of Specialist in Strategic Influence, issued by Cambridge International Consulting, Miami, Florida. He also has Diplomas in Probative Law, and in Oral Litigation Techniques, with emphasis in Civil Trials, issued by the Centro de Estudios Socio Jurídicos Latinoamericanos (Latin-American Socio-Juridical Studies’ Center, Bogotá, Colombia. He passed the Superior Course in “Oral Litigation Law”, dictated by the General Foundation of the University of Salamanca – Spain. Certified as Cyber Mediator-Conciliator, with mention in the use of tools for on-line facilitation, of the Bar Association of Costa Rica and the Mediation and Arbitration Center (CAM). He is presently pursuing Diplomas in Civil Liability and in Civil Procedural Orality. He counts with other international trainings in oral litigation and in Substantive Law in Costa Rica, among these, a specialization in Labor Law focused on Human Talent Administration of Costa Rica’s Bar Association. He has developed his personal training network of the last few years by means of an innovative-disrupting educational method making use of TAC. He has been a university professor since the year 2010.
