Leading the Criminal Law and motor vehicle liability department, Jose Pablo is a litigation attorney mostly oriented to corporate criminal offenses and economic crimes. In addition to Criminal Law, his areas of practice include insurance and coverage matters, just as insurance litigation and settlements

He is a certified Notary Public and member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.

José Pablo earned his law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América (Lawyer and Notary Public). He studied later at the LL.M. program at ULACIT, Costa Rica (Taxation Law, 2001/2004), and at Salamanca University, Spain (Criminal Law, 2005). José Pablo is fluent in English and Spanish.
