Mariamalia Doninelli F.

Mariamalia Doninelli collaborates with the Presidency designing and executing projects aimed at the development of our firm. Mariamalia received her law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, with the distinction of Summa cum Laude Probatus (Lawyer and Notary Public).

She has carried out several post-graduate studies at the Central American Institute of Business Administration (INCAE); including the High Management Program for Professionals (1996).

Mariamalia received her law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Centro América, with the distinction of Summa cum Laude Probatus (Lawyer and Notary Public). Her main area of practice has been intellectual property, assisting in the registration and opposition of trademarks, trade names, advertising signs, patents, copyrights, and related matters. She is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association and remains associated to the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the InterAmerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI). She is fluent in English and Spanish.
